The Ångström Laboratory

 

The Ångström Laboratory(1) is located at Polacksbacken, about 2 km south of the center of Uppsala, close to Dag Hammarskjölds väg, MIC and BMC.

Bus 801 from(/to)
Arlanda Airport
Every 30 minutes every day. From Arlanda Airport to Uppsala Central station (45 min) and then bus line 4 to Ångström Laboratory. (see above)

At least every 30 minutes every day. From Arlanda Airport to Uppsala Central station (15-20 min by SJ or SL) and then bus line 4 to Ångström Laboratory. (see above)

By car

From the center of Uppsala: Take Dag Hammarskjölds väg. After Glunten and BMC you see the laboratory on the left hand side, 200 m from the road.

From Stockholm/Arlanda: Exit the E4 motorway to the right by exit 186 (Uppsala S). Drive about 2.3 km. In the first roundabout drive straight through. Drive about 500 m. Take the 3:rd exit in the roundabout to Uppsala Centrum. Follow that way (Kungsängsleden) about 4 km under the railway and cross the Fyris river. Turn right on Dag Hammarskjölds väg and after 600 m turn right again in the roundabout. After 200 m you can see a big red building to the right. This is the Ångström laboratory, which is number (2) on the map below.
